The refundable deposit is returned within 10 days at the end of the stay on confirmation from our agent that there are no breakages or damages. This deposit is non-refundable on cancellation. Full payment required 6 weeks prior to stay. Key details and local contact details will be provided on receipt of full payment. Laundry, cleaning and advice included in €50 payable in cash locally at the end of your stay.

Gas cylinders are not included in the rental cost and should be replaced by the client when empty.

You must obtain your own comprehensive insurance cover as the owner cannot be held responsible for injury, loss, damage, cancellations, delay etc.

All information offered by the owner forms part of the booking conditions and descriptions are offered in good faith. These terms and conditions apply to all bookings and the client is deemed to have accepted them upon booking.
