Enjoying an average of 300 days
sunshine a year the Costa Blanca has one of the
most beautiful stretches of coastline in Europe
with a superb all year round climate and miles
and miles of pure white "Blue Flag"
sandy beaches. A warm welcome is always extended
by the local Spanish people and it is not surprising
that this has become a popular resort for British
holidaymakers.
By car the villa is within easy
reach of Alicante and Benidorm with Barcelona
about 6 hours away. Ferries are available to the
beautiful island of Ibiza from Denia, about 3
hours away.
A 2 hour drive to Benidorm allows
you to visit the city itself or you can try out
the Terra Mitica theme park, a kind of Alton Towers,
or Aqualandia, a water park with loads of slides
and fun pools.
Next door to Aqualandia is Mundo Mar (Sea World)
with dolphin shows, seals and many other attractions.

The area is complemented by three
golf courses; Las Ramblas, Villa Martin and Campoamar,
with another under construction, together with
leisure marinas where charter fishing can easily
be found. Further inland are the fragrant orange
groves and pine woodlands.
The nearby town of Torrevieja
offers a superb range of facilities and amenities,
fabulous shops, hypermarkets, bars and restaurants.
There is also a weekly market offering a tremendous
selection of fresh fruit, vegetables, meat and
locally caught fish.
The 50 mile stretch of coastline
from Alicante to Torrevieja offers the very best
value for money in Southern Europe for its beaches,
golf courses, country locations and all year round
sunshine.
